Just Map Print helps you design a custom map print of a meaningful place and download print-ready files. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Design inputs: Place search queries, map crop, style choices, and text you enter to generate your map preview and files.
• Email at checkout: Used for payment confirmation and download delivery. An account password is not required for one-time purchases.
• Payment data: Processed by our payment providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, or Creem). We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: Basic logs and analytics that help us operate and improve the service.

How we use map designs

• We use your design choices to render previews and the paid print-ready files you unlock.
• Preview and final files may be stored temporarily so you can complete checkout and download.
• Unpaid previews are kept briefly for checkout. Final files after purchase are typically available for about 30 days.
• We do not sell your designs or use them to train public AI models.

Map data

Street and place data come from open mapping sources (such as OpenStreetMap) and tile providers. Their respective licenses and attribution requirements apply to the underlying data.

Cookies and accounts

Signing in is optional. Checkout can be completed with an email only. If you create an account, we store your profile details to manage orders and support.

Your rights

You may request access or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. We may retain limited order records required for tax and accounting.
